Finance and Accounting Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial accounting for various segments
  • Close monthly financials accurately and report financial numbers to Management in a timely manner
  • Oversee quarterly audits, including planning, execution, and closure of financials with proactive measures to avoid issues and improve controls
  • Prepare BS disclosures on a periodic basis and ensure correct and accurate reporting
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, applying them to business scenarios
  • Maintain coordination with finance teams for timely closing and reporting of financials
  • Ensure segmental reporting and proper elimination of group transactions
  • Review monthly closing checklists and thoroughly review all BS items periodically
  • Provide internal reports on BS KPIs to management
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivating and coaching by clarifying roles and providing feedback
  • End-to-end responsibility for closure of Financial Statements of the company and subsidiaries
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislations
  • Examine financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies
  • Ensure Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of Financial statements
