Job Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal role responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting and financial information. They must ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local regulations, and international standards.

The CFO will oversee all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and monthly close. They must manage working capital and cash flow, customer credit and collection, and apply financial policies and procedures within the organization.

They will communicate with Senior Leadership regarding any fraud or compliance issues. The CFO must deliver value-added business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for accurate decision-making.

Key responsibilities include preparing consolidated management reports, maintaining awareness of financial performance versus plan, identifying potential risks, and controlling report quality and compliance with organizational requirements.

  • Manage and supervise the finance team to guarantee reliability of financial statements.
  • Build and monitor the entity's budget with Senior Management.
  • Coach, manage, and develop the finance function to meet company policies and regulations.
Requirements and Key Skills:

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Finance or Management, with comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques. They should have expertise in IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, with strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.
