Online E-commerce Risk Investigator

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Customer Trust and Partner Support team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with third-party sellers via live video call
- Reviewing seller identity details and verifying ownership of submitted documents
- Assessing legitimacy of documents and reducing avoidable friction for legitimate sellers
- Offering exceptional customer service via live video call
- Maintaining composure during live video calls and adapting to additional business-related skills and/or work types
- Taking appropriate action to identify and minimize risk posed by fraud patterns and trends
Basic qualifications include proficiency in Portuguese and English, excellent interpersonal skills, and intermediate skill with Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include language certification, previous work experience in a customer service or retail environment, and knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment.
