Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of complex IT systems solutions for clients across various industries. As a Senior Principal Consultant-Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for simplifying intricate IT systems and facilitating client decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project implementations and ensuring complete accountability for all aspects.
  • Developing and reviewing project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Participating in solution discussions as a Solution Architect.
  • Interacting with project stakeholders and managing their expectations.
  • Preparing functional requirement documents and obtaining closure from all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring application documentation adheres to standards.
  • Suggesting improvements in system development.
  • Guiding technical leads and developers.
  • Managing teams and resolving issues.
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits from existing and proposed solutions and outlining their impact on business.
  • Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of solutions.
  • Supporting business transition and helping establish change.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of experience in operational excellence-related projects.
  • Experience in complicated software projects.
  • Relevant experience in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain.
  • Project management knowledge, including working with tools like MS Projects.
  • Must have strong domain and operations experience in the OTC domain.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle and SAP.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, suitable for executive-level communication and reporting.
