Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to drive customer outcomes through proactive solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our founders, product, and engineering teams to build reusable playbooks that drive success and influence what our products become by providing real customer insights.

This role is ideal for someone who remains calm in chaos and thinks like an owner: proactive, scrappy, hands-on.

  • Run onboarding and ongoing success for top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems quickly before they affect the customer
  • Influence our product roadmap with real customer insights
  • Track key health metrics, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ~3 years of experience in CS, client delivery, consulting, or ops
  • A proven track record of driving customer outcomes through proactive solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
