Key Financial Strategist

The role of a key financial strategist is pivotal in shaping an organization's financial strategy and fostering informed decision-making across the enterprise. This is a high-impact position suited for senior professionals who excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Providing actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Implementing and enhancing financial modeling, planning tools, and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in finance or relevant field (CA/MBA).
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in fast-growth or startup environments and ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
