  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and opportunity pipeline for Metering, Billing & Collection (MBC) and EPC services.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • To build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the power utility industry.
  • To lead techno-commercial positioning aligned with state funding and utility business models.
  • To ensure project delivery, SLA compliance, and coordination across internal and external teams.
  • To lead billing, collections, and revenue recovery initiatives.
  • To manage tender participation, including JV/consortium formation and bid strategy.
  • To ensure contract compliance, delivery timelines, and risk controls.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in power utility services, with hands-on exposure to MBC and EPC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of AMISP frameworks, RDSS guidelines, and utility regulations.
  • Proven experience in handling utility accounts and high-value service contracts.
  • Self-driven, with strong commercial acumen and adaptable to competitive business environments.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and stakeholder engagement.
