Job Title: Chemical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team at Ultratech Cement. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are produced while adhering to strict industry standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, ensure compliance with regulatory codes, and maintain accurate records of quality control measures.
  2. Product Testing: Perform cube tests, coordinate third-party testing, and ensure the quality of raw materials.
  3. Maintenance Management: Maintain laboratory standards, product displays, and update calibration data per QCI/ISO norms.
  4. Business Development: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features to clients and address site-level issues.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech./BE) or a related field, along with relevant work experience in a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong background in chemistry and materials science is necessary for this role. Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software is also required. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
