We are seeking a Product Analytics Senior Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Partner with Product Management, Development, and Strategy to drive improvement and value in the product team.
  • Provide relevant and timely data, analytics, and insights to inform planning and decision making.
  • Explore opportunities for product improvement, scope impact of product decisions on clients, and inform backlog prioritization through research & investigation.
  • Build and monitor effective release metrics and KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools, programming languages, and query languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to various audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across a range of audiences and provide sound rationale for recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years overall professional experience, preferably including 2-3 years of data analytics or data science.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. SQL experience mandatory.
