About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products and features.

As the Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer within the development team, translating business needs into a clear product vision and actionable requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements and user stories.

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions as part of the Agile/Scrum process.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and customer-friendly product designs.

- Work closely with QA and development teams to validate deliverables and ensure quality.

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvements.

- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and feedback to guide data-driven Track performance metrics and KPIs to measure product success and inform iterations.

- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 58 years of experience in product management or as a product owner in an Agile environment.

- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, preferably in [industry e.g., fintech, SaaS, healthcare].

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in backlog management.

- Proficiency in product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Aha.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance technical constraints with user and business needs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
