- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for implementing PeopleStrong HRMS, encompassing integration, capability building, user training, and system monitoring.
- Map existing HR processes, streamline workflows, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure seamless execution of HR operations through digital platforms.
- Design and deliver high-impact training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels, fostering a digital-first culture and driving employee self-service adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions and drive business growth.
A proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation is essential. Strong HR process knowledge, good understanding of HR Technology, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Graduate (Technical Background preferred) + MBA in HR from a reputable institution is desired. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with an employee strength of at least 1,000+ is necessary.
