About the Job

We seek an exceptional Interior Designer to lead our premium customers through a seamless design experience. As the Lead Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and delivering bespoke design solutions for their homes.

This role requires you to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, analyzing sales reports and project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to enhance design offerings and provide expert guidance on residential projects.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience, or 6+ years with 2+ years in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software
  • Fluency in English, with local language proficiency desirable
