Job Title: Luxury Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled interior designer with strong architectural knowledge to join our team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design with an understanding of architectural principles.

They will be proficient in AutoCAD and have a working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. The candidate should also have a strong command of Google Sheets and Google Docs.

A thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing is essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines is crucial.

The successful candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. They will be able to conceptualize and develop innovative interior concepts and layouts aligned with client vision and functional needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning
  • Develop innovative interior concepts and layouts aligned with client vision and functional needs.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings
  • Prepare accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection
  • Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors.
  • Décor & Styling
  • Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction
  • Presentation of design ideas, collection of feedback, and modification of plans accordingly. Acting as a key point of contact during all project phases.
