Senior Sales and Brand Strategy Lead

Sales and Brand Strategy Professionals required to lead the growth of our luxury design studio across national and international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop outbound sales strategies to engage potential clients, institutions, and buyers through personalized outreach and curated engagement approaches.
  • Build relationships with high-alignment industry professionals; lead 1:1 conversations and create immersive experiences or events.
  • Identify and partner with national and international galleries aligned with our ethos; lead placement efforts.
  • Research and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators for museum acquisitions.
  • Explore and evaluate curated sales platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships for distribution opportunities.
  • Assess alignment and manage collaborations, negotiations, contracts, and communications.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
  • Translate the brand strategy into all touchpoints internally and externally.
  • Collaborate on visibility strategies, including fairs, awards, and exhibitions that align with our brand narrative and growth vision.
  • Position the brand in unexpected contexts – forging its path in luxury without clichés.
  • Create and guide compelling narratives across digital channels – focusing on product storytelling, process, and brand philosophy.
  • Elevate our presence in the design and art worlds through messaging consistency and PR & Communications alignment.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy — ideally in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
  • Design/Art Gallery background would be an added advantage.
  • Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
  • Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail.
  • Confident communicator and brand representative — both online and in person.
  • Independent, proactive, and excited to grow alongside a small, passionate team.
