Lead Interior Designer

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced interior designer who can lead a team of designers to deliver innovative and client-centric interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience

Design Quality

  • Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.

Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Result-oriented with strong teamwork and integrity.
  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a drive to enhance performance within an independent team setting.
