High-Performing Digital Marketer Sought

We are searching for a seasoned digital marketer to spearhead our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. If you possess hands-on experience in launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling data-driven campaigns with significant results, this could be your dream job.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that drive real leads, return on ad spend, and revenue growth.
  2. Target local and regional small businesses in North America to help them reach their full potential.
  3. Employ a test-and-scale approach to achieve campaign success by optimizing campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.
  4. Provide regular reports and actionable insights (cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend, lead quality, etc.) to stakeholders.
  5. Own campaign performance and ensure the achievement of lead and sales targets through diligent planning and execution.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to align landing page optimization with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
  1. Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification showcasing your expertise.
  2. Proven experience running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for small businesses.
  3. Strong understanding of North American small business segments and customer behavior.
  4. Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  5. Expertise in lead generation, return on ad spend optimization, and budget scaling.
  6. Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
