Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for East Delhi Location

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Asire Consulting LLP. Based in East Delhi, this role is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet the needs of our clients and firm.
- Partnering with senior management to understand business requirements and provide HR insights and solutions.
- Foresight into future trends and challenges within the industry.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the job market and identifying key talent pools.
- Network expansion through attendance at industry events, conferences, and social media platforms.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Implementation of innovative sourcing/recruiting methods.
- Negotiating offers and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience and high-quality delivery of hired personnel.
- Regularly meeting recruitment targets and deadlines while maintaining open communication with the management and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
- An in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
What We Offer
This role comes with a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum based on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
