Manufacturing Operations Role

As a seasoned Production Planning and Control Professional, you will be instrumental in driving manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

About the Job:

  1. Work Order Management: Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with warehouses to facilitate kitting activities and maintain a smooth supply chain.
  3. Engineering Change Orders: Implement ECOs for all sub-assemblies, ensuring seamless product updates.
  4. Material Obsolescence: Track and execute material obsolescence to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  5. FATP Work-in-Progress: Maintain a healthy level of First Article Test Piece work-in-progress to meet customer demands.
  6. Customer Commitments: Fulfill customer commitments without any gaps, prioritizing delivery excellence.
  7. Production Monitoring: Monitor and achieve production rates as planned, identifying areas for improvement.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct daily meetings with cross-functional teams to address losses and issues promptly.
