SAP Master Data Specialist Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data in our ERP system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, creating, and maintaining master data integrity in our SAP-ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP systems, as well as experience with BOM & Routing structure and product drawings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required information and provide technical support for creating, changing, and deleting SAP Master Data.

Your responsibilities will include supporting key projects and business processes, providing training and support for the material master request form, following up with Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance Team to create and maintain part numbers and master data, and processing Engineering Change Notifications/Engineering Change Requests.

You will also be responsible for providing technical data to Logistics and Trade Compliance Team for HSN code allotment of commodities, setting up Kanban and backflush for the RM of all Product Families, and working with Global Engineering team on updating documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience or Diploma with specialization Electronics & Communications or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7-8 years of experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issues.
