The position of Senior Master Data Leader is open for applications.

  • Lead the offshore Master Data team to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members to enhance efficiency through standardized processes.
  • Ensure timely execution of financial and non-financial operations.
  • Manage master data setup, modification, and maintenance in systems.
  • Develop training programs, people development, and compliance activities.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders, business units, and other teams.

Master Data Management Activities Execution:

  • Oversee the Master Data team to operate within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on master data setup to prevent infractions.
  • Optimize end-to-end master data management processes for efficiency.

General Leadership Activities:

  • Maintain MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets and create action plans for open issues.
  • Plan backup coverage to ensure 100% team availability.
  • Update the Training Tracking Tool and develop action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor SLA/KPI achievement and provide monthly updates, quality monitoring of team performance, and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure process training documentation (L5) is up-to-date according to Excellence Program standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine leadership tasks such as cascading, stand-up meetings, and one-to-one discussions.
  • Foster communication flow within the team and with external parties, BU & ZCC employees.
  • Share best practices across the business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities:

  • E nsure compliance with safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Provide the team with necessary resources to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative people management tasks.
  • Creating a positive work environment.
  • Executing People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans, and Recovery Plans, etc.).
  • Developing strategies for the People plan and overseeing project-related activities from the Functional Lead.
