Job Title:Spatial Designer

Landscape Architects design outdoor spaces for residential and commercial real estate projects. They develop concepts, detailed designs, and collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop landscape designs ensuring compliance with local municipal norms and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated project design.
  • Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
  • Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed Institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably having worked with Landscape Consultancy as well as Developers in Real estate or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Knowledge of other software like Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit will be added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/ horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms (MoEF).
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.
