Senior DFT Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DFT Engineer to join our team in Chennai, India.

  • As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Design-for-Test (DFT) strategies for complex digital ICs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test mode timing constraints, provide timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations, and develop scripts using languages such as Perl and shell.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion and memory test validation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
