Job Title: Senior Test Lead

The Senior Test Lead plays a pivotal role in driving our organization's testing strategy, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive test plan aligned with the organizational Test Centre of Excellence and Change Delivery Lifecycle Standards.

  • Maintain testing standards, policies, templates, and best practices across teams, promoting consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Training: Formal education in testing/quality assurance methodologies.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Effective communication and project coordination.
