At GLG, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to support our business in Americas/EMEA, based in Gurugram.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with high-level professionals in the field, managing client expectations, and excelling in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights
  • Leverage industry trends to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service
  • Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop a deep understanding of various industries and sectors through exposure to a diverse range of client projects

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree from a top-tier university
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B client servicing and business development roles, ideally with international EMEA or US-based clients
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
  • General understanding, awareness, and interest in consulting and financial markets
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills
  • Experience interacting with senior executives

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
