Business Development Professional

At GLG, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to support our business in Americas/EMEA, based in Gurugram.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with high-level professionals in the field, managing client expectations, and excelling in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights
- Leverage industry trends to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service
- Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop a deep understanding of various industries and sectors through exposure to a diverse range of client projects
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree from a top-tier university
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B client servicing and business development roles, ideally with international EMEA or US-based clients
- Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
- General understanding, awareness, and interest in consulting and financial markets
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills
- Experience interacting with senior executives
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
