We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to spearhead our corporate restructuring initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex tax scenarios and providing strategic advice to drive business growth.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with income tax laws, regulations, and notifications. You will also be responsible for managing direct and indirect taxes, as well as transfer pricing to minimize liabilities.
Additionally, you will handle GST-related tasks such as return filings, input credit reconciliations, and e-invoicing to maintain seamless compliance.
To ensure accuracy, you will prepare tax provision workings, tax ledger reconciliations, and audit schedules. You will also assess the tax impact of business transactions and provide expert advice to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of income tax laws, regulations, and case law.
- Direct Tax Compliance: Experience in managing income tax, corporate tax, and transfer pricing.
- GST Tax Compliance: Proven track record in handling return filings, input credit reconciliations, and e-invoicing.
- Tax Accounting: Ability to prepare tax provision workings, tax ledger reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Tax Advisory: Strong analytical skills to assess tax impact of business transactions.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Excellent communication skills to develop and deliver internal training.
