Software Testing and Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Quality Assurance Lead to drive our software development projects forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in leading teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate should have at least 7 years of professional work experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Experience in testing web applications, databases, and APIs is essential.
  • The candidate should be proficient in performing different types of Functional and Non-Functional testing, including System, Integration, Regression, Database, Performance, Stress, etc.
  • Strong expertise in designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks leveraging relevant code libraries is necessary.
  • The candidate should be familiar with Selenium Webdrivers, TestNG, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the quality assurance process for software development projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.

Develop and implement quality assurance best practices to improve test coverage and reduce defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework.

Analyze test results and track software testing metrics to ensure quality standards are met.

Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders.

Mentor junior software test engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
