**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality engineering efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective testing strategies and automation frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for critical business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, leveraging AI-powered tools for smart reporting and risk prediction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
  • Maintain expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies, driving innovation and excellence in quality engineering.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, influencing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in software quality engineering, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale projects.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with ISTQB certification highly preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with microservices architectures and AI/machine learning concepts.
