Business Development Executive

At Polmann India Limited(Rubber Products Division), we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities include:
- Sending quotations to customers and following up on their responses
- Negotiating with customers to secure new orders and repeat business
- Coordinating with our marketing and technical teams to resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Reviewing monthly sales targets and preparing reports to track progress
- Preparing sample lists and reviewing them with customers
- Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and coordinating with our dispatch team
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our CRM system
- Collaborating with our purchase and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel and Word. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, and prior experience in sales or business development is an asset.
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 per month (in-hand)
