About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in performance marketing to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive user acquisition, optimize marketing spend, and increase revenue through paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across key paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.) to drive app installs, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve high ROI and meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
  • Experiment with new ad platforms and growth channels such as DSPs, programmatic ads, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to craft high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign flows.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Drive A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and user flows to continuously enhance conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Own the ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy, improving app visibility and conversion in app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).
  • Monitor and analyze competitor performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with business and product teams to align growth marketing efforts with overall company objectives and KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid user acquisition for apps or digital products.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other major PPC platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and hit performance benchmarks (CPA, ROAS, CAC) while managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data visualization and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience in running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates and ad effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of bidding strategies, ad formats, and targeting options across major PPC platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/ASO principles and how to improve app store rankings.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Highly data-driven with an analytical mindset, capable of making decisions based on key metrics and trends.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous experience working in high-growth tech start-ups or with consumer-facing apps.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models or SaaS marketing.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Miro, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or strong data manipulation/visualization skills would be an advantage.
