We are looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing & Automation Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on automation and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in optimizing ROAS, scaling startups, and maximizing CLTV/CAC while leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies and automation tools. This role requires a visionary marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive impactful results.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • 8+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on marketing automation and digital efficiency.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns for SMBs in the US/CA or AU.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in AI-driven marketing solutions for campaign and audience optimization.

Mindset

  • Efficiency-focused with a passion for reducing manual workloads through automation.
  • Data-driven, with an ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate automation strategies to stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing full-scale marketing automation systems for large organizations or startups.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and machine learning-based optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) models and automated user onboarding flows.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and other digital platforms to achieve exceptional ROAS.
  • Scale marketing efforts for startups and businesses, balancing cost-efficiency with growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine audience targeting, creative strategies, and campaign performance.

Automation & Efficiency:

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation systems to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase campaign speed to market.
  • Integrate mar-tech solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier to enhance data flow, lead management, and reporting accuracy.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools for ad optimization, predictive analytics, and audience segmentation.

Digital Transformation:

  • Lead the adoption of innovative tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and impact.
  • Build scalable, automated processes for campaign attribution, budget management, and ROI tracking.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture to experiment with new technologies and methodologies.

SEO & Organic Growth:

  • Develop and execute organic strategies to grow SEO traffic, improve domain authority, and enhance content efficiency.
  • Optimize automation in content scheduling, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define short- and long-term marketing objectives, with a focus on cost optimization and sustainable growth.
  • Develop strategies to maximize CLTV while reducing CAC through efficient marketing funnels and automation tools.

Market Insights & Innovation:

  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for automation and differentiation.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing innovations to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
