At Talentiser, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Technical Recruiter/Client Manager to work on client mandates.

The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and professional networking sites. They should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously, efficiently manage the recruitment process, and actively participate in each phase of it. The successful candidate will have strong interaction skills with candidates and clients, briefing them about requirements, and sourcing/profile screening based on job specifications as per clients' needs. They must be comfortable with niche hiring and critical search assignments, providing qualitative candidates to clients within stipulated time frames. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and professional networking sites
  • Handling full life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Handling multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Efficiently managing the recruitment process and actively participating in each phase of it
  • Interaction with candidates and clients, briefing them about requirements
  • Sourcing/profile screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' needs
  • Comfortable with niche hiring and critical search assignments
  • Providing qualitative candidates to clients within stipulated time frames
  • Lining up shortlisted candidates for interviews
  • Coordinating with shortlisted candidates and client relationship teams
  • Collecting feedback from clients and candidates after interviews
  • Post-interview coordination with candidates and client relationship teams
  • Coordinating with candidates till onboarding
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
