Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our international presence.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor the international sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and meet market demands.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ensure all international sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in each target region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in international sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
