International Sales Manager for Global Expansion

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our international presence.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor the international sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and meet market demands.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure all international sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in each target region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in international sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
