As a Data Management Group Associate, you will be responsible for leading a best-in-class research team that owns the updates process for multiple regions globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale a sizeable team of DMG analysts and senior analysts involved in the updates process.
  • Research and Knowledge management: deliver on the updates targets for your regions, ensuring the highest quality standards of financial, market and business research on our platform.
  • Quality guardianship: regularly review the updates executed by your team, identify quality issues and address them via trainings.
  • Recruitment: support the hiring of research analysts to meet the group's headcount and content targets.
  • Team management: train, develop and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal and professional growth.
  • Strategic initiatives: continuously identify and own improvement opportunities and execute data improvement initiatives in the DMG group.
