IT Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to power our fast-paced recruitment engine.
This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in high-volume hiring and knows how to find top talent before anyone else does.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Sales roles using various strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.
You will be responsible for screening candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment, as well as tracking, analyzing, and improving sourcing performance using data and insights.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Sales hiring. You should have a proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds, as well as mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
A strong communicator and stakeholder manager, you will bring prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech sales recruitment to the table. Your skills will be essential in delivering world-class teams for one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.
