Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Core HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on modern user experiences and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.

  • The role is critical for guiding our organization through optimizing existing configurations and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • This includes serving as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, grades, and other foundational HR setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups. Must have hands-on configuration experience.
  • Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and personalize pages using Visual Builder Studio Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, journeys, and notifications.
  • Upgrades and Release Management:
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct thorough testing in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.

About the Position:

This position requires a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing system upgrades and have hands-on configuration experience.
