Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM tools and modules.
  • ​The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Tools, particularly Reports, Fast Formula, Core HR, and Payroll.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and process efficiency to support business objectives.
  • Analyze and enhance business processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and optimize Fast Formulas to streamline data processing and automate business rules.
  • Implement and manage Core HR functionalities to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
  • Oversee the execution and accuracy of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll processes.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues within the Oracle HCM suite.
  • Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with other business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.
  • Mentor junior analysts on Oracle Cloud HCM tools, standards, and best practices.
  • Document key processes and create user manuals to support training and adoption.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and updates, leveraging them to drive innovation.
  • Strong expertise in OC HCM Reports and Fast Formula for data handling and automation.
  • In-depth understanding of Core HR and Payroll functionalities in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and enhance business processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite responsibilities.
  • Ideally, up to 12 years of overall experience in business analysis within HCM or enterprise environments.
