About the Role:
Randstad Enterprise is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our APAC sourcing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates and implementing sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
Sourcing Strategies:
- We utilize Boolean strings, active & passive search, and diversity sourcing to find the best candidates for our open positions.
Candidate Outreach:
You will proficiently use LinkedIn for candidate outreach and networking, ensuring that we connect with the right people in the APAC market.
Hiring Manager Debriefs:
Taking detailed notes during Hiring Manager debriefs and writing job ads/posts on LinkedIn are crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in talent sourcing, specifically in the APAC region, is required.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a sourcing tool and ability to use it proficiently.
- Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
