About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing operations professional to drive growth and efficiency in our AI-enabled organization.

This role combines project management, data analysis, and technical expertise to ensure seamless marketing operations. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enhancing automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement effective project workflows, timelines, and reporting standards to support high-velocity marketing execution.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the AI Marketing Ops team to scope, prioritize, and document agentic workflows, ensuring data integrity and hygiene.
  • Automation & AI: Help assess automation use cases based on business impact complexity and readiness, working closely with RevOps and Engineering partners.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Project/Program Management, Data Operations, Technical/Business Consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to turn chaos into clarity, holding cross-functional teams accountable to timelines.
  • Ability to bridge communication gaps between marketing, IT, and analytics teams.
  • Passion for AI in marketing and willingness to operationalize intelligent workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Looker, Bizible, 6Sense, Tableau, SQL, Zapier, RelevanceAI, Wrike, or equivalent.

  • Have supported AI/automation pilots or workflow automation projects.
  • Understand marketing attribution models, campaign tagging frameworks, or data integration methods.
