Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead the execution and success management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across India and South East Asia.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in client relationship management, project delivery, and campaign execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment, process excellence, and operational standards for long-term retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, display, content, webinars, and integrated platforms.
  • Develop channel strategies, campaign roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with partner objectives.
  • Track execution timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaign success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement best practices for campaign delivery, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks and provide data-driven impact analysis to showcase ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve campaign conflicts or bottlenecks with tact and professionalism.
