Senior Marketing Strategist

This is a senior-level role that requires a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media marketing strategies.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead the creation and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives
  • Analyze target audiences to craft relevant and impactful content that resonates with followers and promotes interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business goals
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies
    • Lead the creation and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
    • Continuously optimize campaigns by A/B testing, adjusting content, and improving targeting strategies
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists
    • Maintain close collaboration with content, creative, and performance marketing teams
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
    • Present strategic social media recommendations to senior leadership and clients
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
