Digital Marketing Expert

The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end digital marketing strategies with a focus on WhatsApp Business, possessing an in-depth understanding of social media management and customer engagement.

Skilled at managing multi-project campaigns, optimizing communication through tools like AiSensy & Interakt, and crafting impactful content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

Passionate about blending data-driven insights with creativity to boost engagement, conversions, brand presence and a knack for engaging with audiences.


Key Responsibilities:
Marketing via various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.

Manage and optimize WhatsApp Business accounts using tools like AiSensy/Interakt, create targeted broadcast campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer service through timely responses.


Strategic Execution:

Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.


Performance Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report on social media and communication data to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall ROI

Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with Meta updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends to adapt strategies and leverage new tools effectively

Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain detailed records to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and a strong portfolio are necessary for this position.
