Driving Marketing Operations Forward

A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead marketing operations, propelling our enterprise software solutions into the forefront. This pivotal role plays a critical part in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns for a pioneering SaaS company.

We are recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, leading provider of capital program software for the North American market.

This position supports various sales and marketing initiatives with process ownership, reporting operations, and technical setup, using data-driven decisions to maximize reach into target accounts.

Expertise in sales and marketing technologies will advise on specific applications to improve engagement with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operationalize target accounts, personas, messaging, and territory management for marketing and sales.

- Serve as data architect for activities along the customer journey, from market definition to marketing and sales funnels.

- Oversee key applications such as Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring all sales and marketing team members have necessary data to execute their jobs successfully.

- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing departments, and top-of-funnel processes for handoff between demand generation and business development.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define annual demand generation plan across all channels aligning with the overall strategy.

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, sales funnel performance, forecasts, and quotas, making recommendations to improve execution.

- Set up executive reporting and business intelligence for all sales and marketing metrics.

- Build relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders on special initiatives in marketing and business.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of sales and marketing operations experience in the B2B software space.

- Highly experienced in designing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with sales and marketing processes at an established software house.

- Highly knowledgeable about sales and marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation.

- Excellent command of business writing and ability to own production of outstanding email and digital content.

- Demonstrated ability to build compelling nurture campaigns to drive demand generation.

- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.

- Experience building and running a small team of analysts and operations staff.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA highly preferred.

- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.

- Understanding of the United States public sector or engineering and construction software is desirable.
