
Foodservice Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our foodservice sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foodservice sales, a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships, and the ability to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for handling distributor networks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and traveling regularly to cover assigned territories. A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as leadership and team management expertise.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales in assigned territory
- Handle and grow distributor networks
- Build and maintain strong HORECA customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Travel 1-2 weeks per month for territory coverage
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in HORECA/Foodservice sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in distributor handling
- Strong hold in ROM (Rest of Maharashtra) market
- Clear geographic understanding of Maharashtra & Goa
- Marathi language is a plus
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
