Finance Operations Coordinator

This role involves working in a dynamic and results-driven team that supports our global operations. As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier service within the finance - intercompany service line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for understanding station and country documentation requirements and executing jobs according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure department SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met as per agreed delivery guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, industrial engineering, or management.
  • 0-3 years of experience from BPO or logistics domain, preferred.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and effective English communication skills.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs), preferred.
