Finance Specialist - Reconciliation

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Specialist to oversee reconciliation processes for multiple banks and platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process timely reconciliations for designated bank accounts in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Liaise with treasury, HR, payroll, cash applications, and other business units to ensure seamless reconciliation.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in bank accounts utilizing our proprietary accounting tool.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of financial regulations and reconciliation procedures.
  • Ability to identify and address fraudulent activity in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years' experience in finance, preferably in an accounting environment.
  • CostPoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP experience is highly desirable.
