Job Title: Payroll and Pension Operations Specialist

About the Job:
  We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll and Pension Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, pension reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and pension payments in accordance with established procedures
  • Reconcile pension records with bank statements and identify any discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any payment or reconciliation issues
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks

Requirements:
  To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
