Project Manager - Real Estate Expert

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of complex real estate projects from inception to occupancy.

  • 15–20 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale developments (up to 1 million sq. ft.) on time and under budget.
  • Certified professional with credentials including MRICS, LEED AP, WELL AP, and COA.
  • Strong expertise in design conceptualization, project feasibility studies, and cost management.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, client development, and cross-functional team leadership (teams of 15–18 members).
  • Skilled in business case preparation, financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Led initiatives in workplace strategy, design standardization, and process improvements across project portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.

We are looking for someone who can drive quality and reduce costs through effective vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
