Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting complex Access Control and CCTV systems, including configuration, monitoring, and software/hardware troubleshooting.

This role requires the ability to provide technical product support, remote assistance, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To configure and monitor Access Control and CCTV systems
  • To troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to these systems
  • To provide technical assistance to internal clients on system configuration
  • To identify and analyze system failures and provide support to on-site technicians

The selected candidate will work independently and as part of a team to maintain and improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems, preferably CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Qualifications:
    • Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science
