As a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's quest for excellence.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a strong background in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like WebdriverIO. You will also perform functional, regression, and UI testing across web-based applications, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop robust automated test scripts to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Perform thorough testing of web-based applications to identify and document defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Identify and track bugs using test management tools, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on software releases.
  • Review and analyze technical documentation to create effective test cases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation with a focus on web-based applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and related automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
  • Experience working with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and test management tools.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with other testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber.
  • Exposure to cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
