Facility Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of facility management are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts with external service providers for building services such as cleaning, maintenance, and catering.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Respond to and resolve facility-related issues reported by employees, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide on-site support for office moves, renovations, and other projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored facility solutions.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses related to facility services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
